How to Use Your Membership

• It’s easy to use your season membership to reserve tickets! You can do it in person at 412 Ella Street in Beatrice, over the phone at 402-228-1801, or online at beatricecommunityplayers.com/tickets. The Box Office is open weekdays from 12pm - 5pm and 2 hours before performances.
• Your “punches” are good for flexible admissions that can be used in any combination throughout the season. Use them to see each regular season show, use all six for one show, bring a friend with you to three shows, and so on. It’s up to you!
• “Members Only” month at the Box Office starts on June 10. This is the first season where you are able to reserve seats for ANY SHOW ANYTIME in the 2024-2025 Season!
• If you place a reservation and find you cannot make the show, please call the Box Office at least one hour before show time to cancel or change your reservation. This allows us to credit your “punches” back to your ticket on the computer.
• You CAN let other people use your season ticket. They just need to tell the Box Office they are using your ticket when they make the reservation and bring in the ticket with your name on it to claim the show tickets.

Making Reservations Online

• Click the button below and select the Get Tickets Today! 
• Next to “Are you a Member or Pass Holder?”, click SIGN IN and enter the code you were given when you purchased your season ticket. Completing this step now will make the check out process much easier!
• Scroll down to which show you would like and click Order Now to choose which date you would like to attend and select Get Tickets.

1. Choose seats: Select your preferred seats by clicking on any green (available) seats
2. Tickets: Use the dropdown menu to select which type of ticket you want (i.e. Adult or Student)
3. Patron Information: Confirm all the information that is automatically filled in is correct
4. Select the Add to Cart button

• On the “Look Over Everything” screen your Season Tickets associated with your account should be listed - select Apply My Pass To Tickets and choose how many “punches” you would like to use.
• Make sure everything looks correct, fill out any of the other options you would like, then Place your order to finish up!
