The Board of Directors will review the nominations and bestow the award upon the most deserving candidates. Typically the award is presented prior to a performance of the first show of the regular season, but may be presented at any appropriate Community Players public event. The identity of the honoree will be kept confidential until the award is presented. The Board of Directors is the sole authority regarding selection of honorees and these decisions are final. Current board members are not eligible for nomination.
