The Community Players Theatre may be the right venue for your next event! We have hosted performances, graduation receptions, meetings, and even an upcoming wedding.
Please be aware, however, that our active schedule means the building is frequently in use for performances, rehearsals, and production work, making scheduling outside (non-CP related events) use of the facility difficult.

Additional Facility information
Dressing room and greenroom access for performance events.
Renters may not sell concessions, if desired CP will operate a concession stand.
Renters may sell their own merchandise. CP personnel will not act as re-sellers for renter merchandise.
Receptions and basic meetings may bring in food. We do not require any specific caterer for events in our facility. We do not have a prep kitchen.
We do not have a liquor license. A Special Designated Use Permit (SDL) would be required if event is to serve alcohol.
Facility use does not include access to or use of organization's props, costumes, or scenic materials.
We generally will not act as a ticket agent for rental events. However, we can offer that service for additional fees and restrictions.
Requests for facility use must be made in writing at least two months prior to the desired date of use. Community Players may refuse use of the facility if it is determined the event violates any of the polices of the organization.
