Associate Artistic Director

Community Players is seeking a self-motivated and creative individual, with a passion for the arts and working with youth, to fill the full-time position of Associate Artistic Director.

Reporting to and working with the Managing Artistic Director, the Associate Artistic Director oversees educational and outreach programming (Stage Door) at Community Players, and provides support for regular season programming, including the directing of projects not overseen by the Managing Artistic Director. This is a full-time, salaried position.

Hours: 35-40+ hours per week, including weekends when productions are running.

Salary: $30,000 - $35,000 yearly, Exempt
