Please answer the following questions to help our nominating committee establish if your (or your nominee's) skills match the current needs of the organization.

Please keep in mind that completing this questionnaire does not guarantee election to the Board. Election of Board members are held in July at the annual membership meeting. The nominating committee presents a slate of candidates for election (nominations may be made from floor at the meeting).
