Board of Directors Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in serving on the CP Board of Directors, or for wishing to nominate someone you think would be an asset to the Board. Please answer the following questions to help our nominating committee establish if your (or your nominee's) skills match the current needs of the organization.


To help understand the full scope of serving on the CP Board we recommend reviewing this informational handout before completing the form.


Please keep in mind that completing this questionnaire does not guarantee election to the Board. Election of Board members are held in July at the annual membership meeting. The nominating committee presents a slate of candidates for election (nominations may be made from floor at the meeting).


To apply for the Student Representative position, please use the dedicated form. Student Rep applicants must be at least a Sophomore during the upcoming school year to apply. Applications due June 30.
